[Hindustan Times] Her fans might be happy to see her on the list of sexiest women, but television actor Drashti Dhami says she doesn’t consider herself sexy.

• “If I have to use an adjective to define myself, then I might use ‘cute’ but I don’t think I’m sexy. If people think that I’m sexy, then I’m happy,” says the 31-year-old actor who has been listed thrice among the list of 50 Sexiest Asian Women by a UK-based newspaper.

• The actor has recently returned from Austria where she was shooting and is happy to be back home. “I was there for 12-13 days and it was like living out of a box! I’m happy to be back home to my family and friends. Among all the places we visited, I liked Innisbruck the most. I would love to go back there with my husband (businessman Neeraj Khemka)”, she says.

• ​She has been a popular contestant, and later a Host in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. Dhami says, “I’m open to reality shows even now. But it depends… if something interesting comes my way, then why not.”

• However, she refuses to be a part of the reality show Bigg Boss. She says, “No. When I couldn’t stay away from my family for a few days when I was shooting outside India, how will I stay in that house for so many days?”

The promo of the show has been come out and from the promo we can understand the topic of the show is based on ‘Women Empowerment‘ and offcource about Love, Affection and Life.

Recently, Star Plus post a tweet on his social account that, “How are son’s different from daughter’s when it comes to caring for parents?” It means that daughter’s can do everything like son’s.

However, she may be opposite with actor Arjun Bijlani who was recently shown in ‘Jhalak Dikkhala Jaa‘ (copartner with dancer Bhawna Khanduja).

Sources says that the show may be air from 7th November 2016, Monday to Friday at 08:00pm (IST) on Star Plus

The Madhubala/Gayatri fame actor Drashti Dhami turns 31 today…

Born on January 10, 1985, Drashti Dhami turns 31-years-old today.

Drashti Dhami, who made her debut on Television with Dill Mill Gayye, has made a mark for herself in the industry in last eight years.

After projects like Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi she is the only one actress in television who became famous from South-North in Asia as a Panjaban Kudi named Geet.

The actress has become a household name after her stint on Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon; But the actress is not just a ‘Bahu‘ on television but has also tried her hands in reality shows. She not just participated in dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa but also went onto win the show along with her partner Salman Yusuf Khan.

She also shared screen space with Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan in one of the episodes of her show Madhubala

And also with Bollywood ke Dabangg Khan none other than Salman Khan on the set of Jhalak.

On 21 February 2015, Dhami married her longtime boyfriend and businessman ‘Neeraj Khemka‘ at a hotel in Mumbai, and she celebrated her honeymoon in Bali, Indonesia.

She currently essays the role of Gayatri in Bhushan Patel‘s direction Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani on Zee TV. It premiered on July 27, 2015 and airs on weekdays at 9:30pm. The shows explores the love story of Rana Indravadan Singh Deo (Siddhant Karnick) and Rani Gayatri Devi essayed by the gorgeous and versatile (Drashti Dhami).

मुंबई: मधुबाला फेम द्रष्टी धामी जो अपनी टी.व्ही. की दुनिय़ॉ मे नंबर १ अभिनेत्री कहलाई जाती है और जिनकी अदाकारी की सारी दुनियॉ मर मिटती है आज उनको कलर्स के रियालिटी शो झलक दिख़ला जा से बरखास्त  कर दिया गया है.

सुत्रो के मुताबीक कलर्स के नॉन-फिक्शन शो झलक दिख़ला जा के सेट पर शुटिंग के दौरान बार – बार रि-टेक लेणे की वजह शो की तरफ सें बताई जा रही है. यद्यपी द्रष्टी ने पहले ही बता दिया था की, ‘कोई भी उनसे बहतरीन होस्टींग की आशा न रखे.‘ फिर भी फँन्स का प्यार देख और उनका सपोर्ट् देख द्रष्टी ने कहा था की वे अपनी तरफ से १००% मेहनत करेंगी एक बेहतर बहतर होस्ट बनणे की.

२० जुन, सुबह ११:०७ मिनट, द्रष्टी ने ट्विट करते हुए कहा, “दोस्तो – मेरे झलक का सफर अब खत्म हेने जा रहा है.

मुझे इतना प्यार और हर जगह सहायता देने के लिये धन्यवाद !”

ट्विट अपडेट करने के कुछ ही देर बाद सारे टेलिव्हिजन इंडस्ट्री मे हलचल मच उठी सभी मिडीया जर्नलिस्ट और फँन्स ने नाराजगी जाहिर की. यद्यपी कुछ फँन्स का यह कहना है की ‘कलर्स के टीम ने द्रष्टी की पॉपुल्यारीटी का झलक दिख़ला जा को प्रमोट करने के लिये भरपुर इस्तमाल किया गया.

द्रष्टी को इस तरह शो से बदखल करने की वजह से सारे फँन्स ने कलर्स चैनल के सामने काली झंडी खडी कर कलर्स चैनल का बहिश्कार किया है यही नही बल्की सोशियल
मिडीया पर लगातार #WeSupportYouDrashti और #NoDrashtiNoColors का नारा लगा दिया है.

फँन्स का कहना है की “द्रष्टी होस्टींग के करियर मे भी वो खुब आगे बढती अगर उनको एक और मौका मिलता.”
